Quiet Reflection
As the end of the year pressure builds and you are running around trying to do everything, endeavour to try and enjoy this special time. Remember to pause and understand why this time of year is so special to you.
Appreciate what you have. Look around at the people you have shared your year with, appreciate the history you have with those you surround yourself with, the connections, the love, memories and friendship.
Before moving into next year, take some quiet time to reflect on the highs and the lows. Be grateful for everything that has happened. Consider how you have changed and grown.
Make space for stillness in this busy time and create a gentle practice of reflection.
Be grateful for all you have, be grateful for your surroundings. Show those around you love and kindness.
