Rest The Mind
Rest your mind from unwelcome thoughts. Practice pausing repetitive and unwelcome thoughts, the thoughts that repeat, the stories you tell yourself, and how you justify what is in front of you.
The mind is a powerful tool to move you forward, achieve success and to be your best self. Your mind can also work against you, with negative thoughts, the stories on repeat, and worry about what hasn’t happened or what you assume to be true.
Use the mind to your advantage, use it as a strength, and use it wisely. Don’t allow the mind to control you, don’t believe the stories, and move to step out of the patterns and narratives on repeat.
You are not the thoughts in your mind. Resist the urge to believe everything the mind tells you. Use caution when believing your own stories.
Be aware of what you think and mindful of how you speak. Show caution when you speak as it becomes your truth.
Rest the stories that are on repeat and step away from the belief systems that run automatically. Train the mind to hold space, to think as you wish it to think and to believe as you wish to believe.
Rest the mind and take a break from your thoughts to ease into peace.
