Anger is Resistance
Anger serves no purpose but to bind you to the situation in frustration and negativity.
Try something different. If you feel angry and frustrated, allow yourself to experience those emotions for a minute. Then let it go, move past whatever triggered that anger. You have experienced it, the minute was your window to stomp your feet, to complain, to shake your fist. Now move past the anger and choose how you experience the rest of your day.
Anger is resistance. The resistance to move on with your day, to live life as you wish, your version of how you experience life, and how to hold onto your peace.
